دور التطبيقات الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الإداري للجامعة الجزائرية - دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Abstract

تمت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور التطبيقات الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الإداري بجامعة غرداية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم كيف يمكن للتطبيقات الإلكترونية أن تسهم في تحسين الأداء الإداري بجامعة.غرداية، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة البحث في 60 فردا من العاملين بجامعة غرداية إداريا وأستاذا بكلية العلوم الإقتصادية، حيث تم توزيع الإستبيان لجمع المعلومات، وبالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية تم التوصل إلى أن الجامعة تعتمد على التطبيقات الإلكترونية في إدارتها، وأن هذه التطبيقات الإلكترونية تساهم في تحسين الأداء الإداري بالجامعة وتسهل التواصل بين الجميع وذلك بوجود التقنيات المناسبة، كما أوصت الدراسة في الأخير على أنه يجب على الجامعة الاهتمام أكثر بالتقنيات والتحديثات الجديدة التي تخص التطبيقات الإلكترونية، وأن تعمل على تدريب العاملين بالإدارة على استخدام هذه التطبيقات الإلكترونيةThis study was conducted to find out the role of electronic applications in improving administrative performance at the University of Ghardaia, and this study aims to understand how electronic applications can contribute to improving administrative performance at the University .The research sample was represented by 60 employees of the University of Ghardaia, administrative and professor, the questionnaire was distributed to collect information, and based on statistical methods, it was concluded that the university relies on electronic applications in its management, and that these electronic applications contribute to improving the administrative performance of the University and facilitate communication between everyone by the presence of appropriate technologies.Finally,the study recommended that the university should pay more attention to new technologies and updates related to electronic applications, and work on training administration staff to use these electronic applications.
