dc.description.abstractThe peanut is a legume plant produced and consumed on a large scale in many food products in different forms: seeds, oil and butter. Peanut is grown by more than 100 countries around the world. The main producers are China and India, which supply more than 60% of world production. In our study, conducted on peanut cultivation in the region of Ghardaïa -sebseb leads constraint and perspective; the cultivation of peanuts (of the fabaceae family) is mainly circumscribed in the region of SebSeb, Characterized by a sandy soil, sunshine as well as the existence of many points for irrigation favorable to the development of this culture of "high quality gustative", highly appreciated by the population.EN_en
