Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة متطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء غرداية ، لا سيما في ضوء التحديات التكنولوجية - - ا ولتغيرات البيئية التي تواجها المؤسسات. واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات مطبقة على عينة مكونة من 37 فرد، إلا انه تم استرداد 32 استمارة كانت 30 منهم صالحة للتفريغ، أما تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها فتم باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ) 26SPSS .) أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه هناك مستوى متوسط من الذكاء الاصطناعي والرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي )فريق فني مؤهل، التزام الإدارة العليا، الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح( وتحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة بينما لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البنية التحتية التكنولوجية القوية، أمان وحماية البيانات وتحقيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة،كما تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى إحصائيا للعوامل الشخصية والوظيفية لأفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الأقدمية والمستوى الوظيفيThis study aims to highlight the extent to which AI requirements contribute to achieving strategic agility at the National Fund for Social Security Foundation for Non-Workers -Ghardaïa-, especially in light of the technological challenges and environmental changes facing the institutions. In this study, we used the analytical descriptive curriculum. We also used the questionnaire tool as the main data collection tool applied to a sample of 37ers However, 32 forms were recovered, 30 of which were vacuum valid The data obtained was analyzed using the Social Science Statistical Packages Program (SPSS26 ). Results showed that there is an average level of AI and strategic agility in the institution under consideration, and there is a statistically significant correlation between AI requirements (qualified technical team, senior management commitment, compliance with laws and regulations) and strategic agility in the institution in question while there is no statistically significant relationship between robust technological infrastructure, security, data protection and strategic agility in the institution in question. It was also found that there were no differences statistically attributable to the personal and functional factors of the study sample members depending on the sex variable, age, educational level, seniority and functional level.
