Abstract

تناولت الدراسة دور الصيرفة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات البنكية، مع التركيز على إبراز مساهمة التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تطوير القطاع المصرفي في الجزائر. سعت الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على جهود بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري (CPA) في هذا المجال، مبينة تأثير هذه الجهود على تحسين جودة خدماته المصرفية، والحفاظ على عملائه، وجذب زبائن جدد. ركزت الدراسة على الاعتماد على التقنيات الحديثة، مثل نظام الدفع الإلكتروني ووسائل الدفع الحديثة، والتي تسمح للعملاء بإجراء المعاملات البنكية من أي مكان دون الحاجة إلى زيارة الفروع. كما أبرزت الدراسة أهمية تحفيز العملاء على استخدام هذه التقنيات من خلال وضع تسهيلات قانونية، مما يساهم في زيادة إيرادات البنك. الكلمات المفتاحية: بنك، خدمات بنكية، جودة الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية، الجزائر، The study addressed the role of electronic banking in improving the quality of banking services, focusing on highlighting the contribution of modern technology to the development of the banking sector in Algeria. The study emphasized the reliance on modern technologies, such as electronic payment systems and modern payment methods, which allow customers to conduct banking transactions from any location without the need to visit branches.
