دور الاعتماد المستندي في التقليل من مخاطر التجارة الدولية دراسة حالة سونطراك "مجمع بركين"

Abstract

يعتبر الاعتماد المستندي الأداة المالية التي تُستخدم في التجارة الدولية لضمان الدفع للبائع وتسليم البضائع للمشتري. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاعتماد المستندي في تجنب مخاطر التجارة الخارجية وذلك في مجمع بركين المتواجد في حاسي مسعود ولاية ورقلة. ولقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة حالة وقد لجأنا إلى تحليل خطوات سي الاعتماد المستندي والتقارير والمجالات المتعلقة بالتجارة الخارجية وقد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج والمتمثلة في توفي ضمانات للبائع حيث أنه سيتلقى الدفع بعد إتمام شحن البضائع وحماية المشتري بحيث البضائع المطلوبة سيتم تسليمها في الموعد المحدد وتقليل مخاطر عدم الدفع والتسليم من خلال الرقابة الصارمة على المستندات المقدمة من كلا الطرفينDocumentary crédit is the financial instrument used in international trade to ensure payment to the seller and delivery of goods to the buyer. This study aims to identify the role of documentary credit in avoiding foreign trade risks in the Barkin complex located in Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla. In our study, we relied on both a descriptive analytical approach and a case study. In addition, we used macro-analytical tools in documentary credit, reports and fields related to foreign trade, and we reached several results, namely providing guarantees to the seller as he will receive payment after the completion of the shipment of goods, protect the buyer so that the ordered goods will be delivered on time, minimise the risk of non-payment and non-delivery by strictly controlling the documents submitted by both parties
