Abstract

ﺗﻌﺪ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺍلحﺎسمﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﺃﺻﺒﺤﺖ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺃهمﻴﺔ ﻣﺘﺰﺍﻳﺪﺓ في ﺍﻟﻌﺼﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻲ،ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﺗﺘﻨﻘﻞ ﺍلمﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ في ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ ﺍلمﺘﻄﻮﺭ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭ، ﻓﺈﺎ ﺗﺴﻌﻰ ﺇلى ﺗﺴﺨير ﺍﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺘﺮﺍﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﺴين ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺎ، ﻭﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ تجﺎﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﺀ، ﻭﺍلحﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﺪﺭﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺴﻴﺔ في ﺑﻴﺌﺔ ﺃﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺳﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻐير،ﻭفي ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﻣﺘﻌﺪﺩﺓ في مجﺎﻝ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ،ﻳﺘﻢ تحﻘﻴﻖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻫﺪﺍﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ تحﻠﻴﻞ مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍلمﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺬﻳﻦ ﺍﺎﻟين ﺍلمﺘﻘﺪﻣين،ثم ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍلجﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻺﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ، ثم ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺮﺍﺽ ﺍلمﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ، ﻭ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ تحﺪﻳﺪ مجﺎﻻﺕ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ في ﺍلمﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ، ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇلى ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍلمﻌﻮﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟتي ﻗﺪ ﺗﻌﻮﻕ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻴﺔ،ﻭفي ﺍﻷﺧير ﺧﺎتمﺔ ﻧﺴﺘﻌﺮﺽ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺃﻫﻢ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻨﺘﺎﺟﺎﺕ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻘﺪيم ﺗﻮﺻﻴﺎﺕ في ﺍلمﻮﺿﻮﻉElectronic management and digital transformation are critical concepts that have become increasingly important in the technological age. As organizations navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape, they seek to harness digital tools and strategies to improve their operations, enhance customer experiences, and maintain their competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment. In this study, multiple aspects in the field of electronic management and digital transformation will be highlighted, These goals will be achieved by analyzing a set of concepts and theories related to these two advanced fields, then highlighting the basic aspects of electronic management and digital transformation, then reviewing the concepts related to electronic management. And digital transformation, and the focus is on identifying the areas of application of electronic management in institutions, in addition to identifying the obstacles that may hinder the process of implementing electronic management, and finally a conclusion in which we review the most important conclusions and provide recommendations on the subjec.
