Abstract: | The research aimed to reveal the extent to which the application of electronic management systems has affected improving the quality of academic life from the point of view of faculty members at the Faculty of Economics - University of M'sila in Algeria, and to reveal statistically significant differences between the role of electronic management systems and improving the quality of academic life according to demographic variables. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, which was applied to a random sample consisting of (30) permanent faculty members in the Faculty of Economics surveyed from the origin of the community, which consists of (90) permanent faculty members. The results showed a statistically significant correlation & effect at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the level of application of electronic management systems and improving the quality of academic life, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the views of the faculty member in the college surveyed according to demographic variables. |
