العلاقات العامة الدولية في مجال الدبلوماسية العامة دراسة تأصيلية للسلوك الدبلوماسي الجزائري في إطار العلاقات الأمريكية من خلال الصحافة الوطنية جريدةEl WATAN: والشروق والشعبأنموذج

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في موضوع الدبلوماسية العامة الجزائرية ودورها في علاقاتها العامة الدولية وذلك من خلال الصحافة الوطنية التي حددتها وهي ثلاث صحف ;el watanالناطقة باللغة الفرنسية ،الشروق اليومي المستقلة الناطقة باللغة العربية،الشعب الحكومية الناطقة باللغة العربية في الفترة الممتدة ما بين سنة2014 إلىسنة 2019 م، إذا ما كانتتولياهتماما بسلوك الدبلوماسية العامة الجزائرية ودورها في علاقاتها العامة الدولية في اطار العلاقات الأمريكية وكيف عالجت هذا الموضوع وذلك بانتهاج المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام أداة تحليل المحتوى على عينة حددت بخمس وأربعين مفردة من جريدةel watan،الشروق،الشعب، اختيار العينة كان بطريقة قصدية وهذا راجع لطبيعة الموضوع التي تفرض ذلك. وللحصولعلى عينة مناسبة لموضوع الدراسة للتوصل لنتائج صحيحة ودقيقة ومضبوطة ولتسهيل عملية تحليلها قمت بتجزئة المادة المتحصل عليها (المواضيع من مقالات وأخبار..) إلى فئات الشكل(كيف قيل)، وفئات المضمون (ماذا قيل)،وفئة عناصر الجرافيك (من استخدام الصور والألوان واللغة). وفي الأخير توصلت إلى: أن الصحف الوطنية الشروق، الشعب،el watan أولت أهمية كبيرة لموضوع الدبلوماسية العامة الجزائرية من خلال علاقاتها العامة الدولية في إطار العلاقات الأمريكية خاصة جريدة الشعب وتناولهم لأغلبية المجالات التي ظهرت من خلالها التعاونات والتبادلات والشراكات بين البلدين واستخدامهم لكافة القوالب الصحفية خاصة قالب الخبر الصحفي وهو من أهم القوالب الصحفية والهدف من تناولها للمواضيع التي تعنى بالدراسة "تنوير الرأي العام ". This study aims to investigate the issue of Algerian public diplomacy and its role in international public relations through the national press. Three newspapers were selected for the study: El Watan, an independent French-language newspaper, Echorouk, an independent Arabic-language newspaper, and El-Shaab, a government-owned Arabic-language newspaper. The study period spans from 2014 to 2019. The study examines whether the national press pays attention to Algerian-American relations and their developments, and how it addresses this issue. The descriptive-analytical approach and content analysis tool were used on a sample of 45 articles from El Watan, Echorouk, and El-Shaab. The sample selection was purposive to align with the study's topic and obtain accurate and reliable results. The material was categorized into form and content categories, including Typographycategories. In conclusion, it was found that the national newspapers, especially El-Shaab, Echorouk, and El Watan, attach great importance to the issue of Algerian public diplomacy and its international public relations within the context of Algerian-American relations. They cover various areas that highlight the cooperation,exchanges, and partnerships between the two countries. The newspapers utilize different journalistic templates, particularly the news template, which is one of the most important templates. Moreover, the newspapers tend to take a supportive stance and aim to enlighten the public on the topics relevant to the study.
