واقع الرقمنة في إدارة الجامعة الجزائرية دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع الرقمنة في إدارة جامعة غرداية، وإستخدم الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يهدف إلى وصف وشرح ظاهرة معينة، كما استعمل الباحثان أداة الدراسة وهي الإستبيان لتحقيق الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة، كانت عينة الدراسة 60 عينة تكونت من إداريين وأساتذة بجامعة غرداية . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1 توضح لنا من خلال الإحصائيات التي قمنا بها أن جامعة غرداية تستخدم تقنيات ومنصات - لتسهيل عملية الإطلاع على المعلومات. 2 يوضح هل تستخدم جامعة غرداية تقنيات ومنصات لتسهيل عملية الإطلاع على المعلومات. - 3 هل الجامعة تقدمت في ترتيبها أو تصنيفها. - 4 هل تعتقد أن الرقمنة سهلت على الإداريين في جامعة غرداية سهولة التواصل مع الأطراف الآخرى. - 5 هل هناك شراكة أو إتفاقيات مع جامعات آخرى حول الرقمنة. - 6 هل تمتلك جامعة غرداية إحداثيات جديدة في تطوير الخدمات الإدارية - 7 هل تعمل جامعة غرداية على رفع مستواها التعليمي ونشر ثقافة الرقمنة بين الأفراد من أجل القدرة - على إستخدام هذه التقنية.This study aims to identify the digitalization status in the management of Algerian universities. The researchers utilized a descriptive-analytical methodology, which aims to describe and explain a specific phenomenon. The study employed a questionnaire and observation as research tools to achieve its main objective. The study sample consisted of administrators and administrative professors at Ghardaia University. -The study findings revealed several key results, including : - 1The results indicate a higher percentage of males compared to females among the participants. - 2Regarding age, the majority of administrators at Ghardaia University were between 30 and 35 years old. - 3The study shows that the majority of the participants held administrative positions only at Ghardaia University. - 4The statistical analysis indicates that Ghardaia University utilizes technologies and platforms to facilitate access to information. - 5The study found that Ghardaia University did not advance in its ranking and classification. - 6The study concluded that Ghardaia University lacks human resources capabilities.
