دور الإتصال الداخلي بالمؤسسات التربوية في الحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي دراسة على عينة من ثانوية المجاهد محمد بن حود (حاسي القارة)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإتصال الداخلي في الحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي وتم إختيار ثانوية المجاهد محمد بن حود كمجتمع بحث، في حين إعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، أما الأداة المستخدمة فكانت الإستبيان بحيث تم توزيعه على 232 تلميذ من أصل 971 و لقدتم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية عن طريق إعطاء الرابط لبعض الأساتذة و الذين قامو بدورهم بمنح مجال خمس دقائق للتلاميذ في آخر الحصة للإجابة على الإستبيان و بعد تفريغ الجداول و تحليل البيانات توصلنا للنتائج التالية: -وجود حرية في إنتقال المعلومات أي (حرية التعبير) داخل ثانوية المجاهد محمد بن حود . -وسائل الإتصال الأكثر إستخداما في الثانوية المحل دراسة هي الوسائل الكتابية و التي تتمثل في التقارير الكتابية و الإعلانات الحائطية و الرسائل الإدارية. -الطاقم الإداري في هذه الثانوية يشدد على ضرورة إلتزام التلاميذ ببنود القانون الداخلي و يحرص على مراقبة حضور التلاميذ للحصص الدراسية بشكل دائم . -في حال غياب أحد التلاميذ يقبل الطاقم الإداري مبرر الغياب لما يكون فقط مقدما بوثيقة رسمية . -معاملة الطاقم الإداري تؤدي إلى تحسين سلوك التلاميذ في هذه الثانوية.

The study aimed to identify the role of internal communication in reducing the phenomenon of violence in the school environment. The secondary school of Mujahid Muhammad Bin Houad was chosen as a research community, and we relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The tool used was the questionnaire, which was distributed to 232 students out of 971, where they were chosen randomly. From each department present in the institution to ensure the comprehensiveness of the answers, and after emptying the tables and analyzing the data, we reached the following results: - There is freedom in the transfer of information, i.e. (freedom of expression) within Al-Mujahid Muhammad Bin Houad High School. The most used means of communication in the secondary school under study are the written means, which is represented in written reports, wall advertisements, and administrative messages. - The administrative staff in this secondary school stresses the need for students to abide by the provisions of the internal law and is keen to monitor the students’ attendance of classes on a permanent basis. - In the event of the absence of one of the students, the administrative staff accepts the justification for the absence when it is only provided by an official document. The treatment of the administrative staff leads to an improvement in the students' behavior.
