Abstract: The subject of this study was about demeaning pressures and their impact on the job performance of employees. In the theoretical aspect, we addressed the topic of occupational pressures and their various facets, subsequently linking them to job performance. Our study was initiated by the main question: How do occupational pressures affect the job performance of employees at the Mohammed Bourouis Martyr Intermediate School in Al-Mania? How is this influence realized? What are the types of these pressures? Our selection of this topic was driven by an interest in the subject, coupled with a personal desire to delve deeper into the topic of occupational pressures. The objective of our study was to identify the pressures faced by workers in the educational institution. We adopted a descriptive methodology that suited the study's theme. The field study was conducted on a comprehensive sample that included all employees of the intermediate school, totaling 83 workers. Through the analysis of study data and hypotheses, we arrived at the following results: - The work environment and material and moral conditions do not impact the job performance of the employees at Mohammed Bourouis Martyr Intermediate School. - The societal system and public policies do not affect the job performance of the employees at Mohammed Bourouis Martyr Intermediate School in Al-Mania. - Furthermore, the social work relationships at Mohammed Bourouis Martyr Intermediate School are harmonious.
