Abstract: This study aims to identify the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between ethical leadership practices and the quality of work life among employees of the EPH Dr. Tirichin in Ghardaia. To achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on the descriptive approach and the case study method by distributing a questionnaire to a sample that included: (236) employees in the medical and paramedical corps out of a population of (495) employees, then processed using structural equation modeling methodology based on least squares (SEM) via the statistical analysis program (SmartPLS4). The study concluded that the most important results are: Abstract ملخص IV • There is a positive and strong impact of ethical leadership practices on enhancing organizational confidence among the employees of the institution under study. • The lack of impact of ethical leadership practices on improving the quality of work life for employees of the organization under study; • There is a positive and strong impact of enhancing organizational confidence on improving the quality of work life of the employees of the institution under study; • There is a positive and strong impact of ethical leadership practices on improving the quality of work life through the prevailing organizational trust in the institution under study
