Abstract

ان أفعال البشر ماهي الا نتاج تفكيرهم وخبراتهم ،منهم السوي ومنهم المتطرف اما في نفسه أو في دينه ومعتقداته او في سلوكه ،ولكل منهم تأثيره على المجتمع الواقعي و كدا الافتراضي. نتج عن هذا الفكر المتطرف شكل آخر من الجريمة المعلوماتية و المتمثل في جريمة التطرف في وسائل الاتصال الحديثة ،التي أصبحت تلقى رواجا كبيرا في وقتنا هذا تحت ما يسمى بحرية التعبير ،التي أصبحت غطاء للكثير من الجرائم الالكترونية التي يصعب فيها توقيع العقوبة على الجاني كونها عابرة للحدود وسهولة محو آثارها . . ومع الاستخدام المتزايد لمواقع سوشل میدیا زادت سلبياتها وخطورتها على الفرد والمجتمع مما يستلزم طرق وقائية وعلاجية تتناسب مع صفات وخصائص الجريمة الالكترونية. الكلمات المفتاحية : التطرف ،اليات التصدي ،وسائل الاتصال الحديثة ،الجريمة الالكترونية . الملخص باللغة الاجنبية : The actions of human beings are nothing but the product of their thinking and experiences, some of them are normal and some of them are extremist, either in themselves or in their religion and beliefs or in their behavior, and each of them has an impact on real as well as virtual society.
