This study aims to elucidate the influence of functional empowerment on dimensions of organizational excellence among employees of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company, Bouhraoua branch, in Ghardaia Province. The research employs a descriptive methodology in the theoretical section and an analytical approach in the practical section. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was designed to collect data and was distributed to a sample of employees in the company, totaling 100 distributed questionnaires, which were processed using the SPSS software. The study yielded a set of noteworthy results, including:  Functional empowerment positively impacts overall functional excellence within the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company, Bouhraoua branch, across specific dimensions.  The influence of functional empowerment on functional excellence is contingent on various factors, such as organizational culture, managerial quality, resource availability, and the implementation of effective policies and procedures.  Excessive functional empowerment may lead to a lack of commitment to responsibilities and duties, distract attention, and dissipate efforts, with a focus on personal objectives rather than the organization's overarching goals.EN_en
