Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الرقابة على تحسين أداء المورد البشري ، وذلك من خلال إجراء مسح شامل على حجم العينة من عمال مؤسسة الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء و الغاز sktm فرع ادارة الموارد البشرية ببوهراوة و بغية الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية المطروحة والمتمثلة في: مامدى تأثير الرقابة على تحسين أداء المورد البشري؟ حيث تناول الإستبيان الموجه للعينة المدروسة نقاط تتعلق بجوانب تخص أبعادالرقابة الادارية ، و أداء المورد البشري في المؤسسة الإقتصادية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن الرقابة الإدارية لها دور محوري في أداء المورد البشري في المؤسسة ، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات مقترحة تفي بضرورة إلتزام بقواعد تطبيق الرقابة الادارية و التي تنعكس بالايجاب على أداء المورد البشري داخل الادارة في المؤسسة This study aims to highlight the impact of supervision on improving human resource performance, through a field survey conducted on a sample of workers in the Human Resources Management Department of SKTM, the National Electricity and Gas Company branch in Bouhraoua. The main problem addressed in the study is the extent of the impact of supervision on improving human resource performance. The questionnaire addressed aspects related to the dimensions of administrative control and human resource performance in the economic institution. The study found that administrative control plays a central role in human resource performance within the institution. The study concludes with proposed recommendations emphasizing the need to adhere to the rules of implementing administrative control, which positively reflects on human resource performance within the management of the institution.
