Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية في مركز التكوين المهني والتمهين الشهيد رويجي بن معمر بمتليلي وعلاقته بأخلاقيات العمل, و قد كان المنهج المتبع في الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي لعرض الخلفية النظرية للموضوع من خلال توزيع الاستبيان و الذي يبلغ عدده 80 بمختلف مستوياتهم على موظفي المركز, و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: • هناك علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية لواقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية في القطاع العام وعلاقته بأخلاقيات العمل في مركز التكوين المهني و التمهين الشهيد رويجي معمر بمتليلي. • هناك علاقة طردية بين أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية وأخلاقيات العمل في مركز التكوين المهني و التمهين الشهيد رويجي معمر بمتليلي عند مستوى (0.05≥a). • توجد فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05≥α في إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول اخلاقيات العمل تعزى للمتغيرات الوسطية (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة المهنية). This study aims to highlight the reality of the quality of career in vocational training and the professionalism of the martyr ROUIDJI MAMMAR METLILI and its relationship to work ethics. In order to answer the following matter, what issue the relationship between career quality and work ethic, the questionnaire which used as a mean of gathering information and analising statistical method. Distributed to a sample of 80 staff members. •The results were achieved: •There is a morally significant relationship to the realities of the quality of career in the public sector and its relationship to the work ethics at the Center for Vocational Training and Apprenticeship martyr ROUIDJI MAMMAR METLILI. •There is a statistically significant expulsion relationship between the material and moral working conditions and work ethics at the Vocational Training Centre and the martyred ROUIDJI MAMMAR METLILI at a moral level (0.05≥a). •There are statistically significant differences at a 0.05≥α moral level in the responses of the study sample individuals about work ethics attributable to intermediate variables (sex, age, scientific qualification, professional experience, job).
