تقييم إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جـــــامعة غردايـــــة

Abstract

وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، أما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي، وثم جمع الاحصائيات باستخدام أداة الاستبيان في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة غرداية، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة موظفين في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة غرداية، تم اختيار 30 وزع عليهم الاستبيان المعتمد في هذه الدراسة، أي 30% كلها صالحة للدراسة وتحقيق. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود لتقييم إدارة المعرفة بشكل إيجابي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية كما تم التوصل إلى وجود تطبيق لعمليات إدارة المعرفة خاصة ( إنشاء المعرفة و توزيع المعرفة في تقييم أداء المؤسسات بالكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية، بجامعة غرداية. view of a sample of employees of the Faculty of economics, business and management sciences at the University of gardenia. To reach the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive method on the theoretical side, and the Applied side we relied on the analytical method, and then collected statistics using the questionnaire tool at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, and the statistical analysis program spss was also used. The study community may be from a group of employees at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, 30 of whom were selected and distributed the questionnaire approved in this study, that is, all 30% are valid for study and investigation. The study concluded that there is a positive assessment of Knowledge Management in the Faculty of Economics and management sciences at the University of Ghardaia, and it was also found that there is an application of knowledge management processes, especially ( knowledge creation and knowledge distribution in evaluating the performance of institutions at the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences, University of Ghardaia
