dc.description.abstract | Kidney failure in the world, especially in Algeria, has becomea major public health problem in recent decades . The aim of our work is to carry out a prospective study onnephropathic complications in CKD, to evaluate the parametersbiological, and physiological and estimate efficacy for early diagnosisrenal involvement. Firstly, on an epidemiological to determine thecauses of renal failure (IR). This study found that 60.78% of patientsare hypertensive, 11.76% are diabetic, 9.80% have causesunknown and 21.57% other causes. * The second phase of our study is to make a biological assessment including the following blood parameters: Créat, AU, urea,Gly on an empty day, Hb. Through our results it appeared that creatinemia and is ureabiochemical parameters effective in estimating the function as well as the degree ofrenal complication. Unbalanced hyper blood pressure in our patients is a real risk factor for the development of a hypertension patient towards chronic and end-stage renal failure. | EN_en |
