ريادة الأعمال في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية وفق المؤشر العالمي لريادة الأعمال خلال الفترة 2016-2021

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال وأهميتها في المجالالاقتصادي، كما هدفت أيضا إلى تسليط الضوء علىالمؤشر العالمي لريادة الأعمالومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية دراستنا استعملنا المنهج التحليلي الذي يسعى الى وصف وتحديد حجم المشكلة موضوع الدراسة، كما تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الاسقرائي وذلك من خلال استعراض جوانب ريادة الاعمال حيثاستندنا إلى المراجع،الكتب،الدراسات السابقة في الجانب النظري، بينما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدناعلى المؤشر العالمي لريادة الأعمال من خلالعرض بياناته وتحليل نتائجه في الجزائر. حيث أثبتت النتائج المتحصل عليها من تحليل هذا المؤشر،أن مكانة الجزائر في تراجع مستمر بالرغم من كل التدابير المتخذة، وهذا ما يستدعي أعادة النظر لبعث إصلاحات جذرية يمكن أن تدفع بريادة الأعمال في الجزائر إلى الأفضل لاسيما ارتباطها بأهم مؤشرات التنمية

This study aimed to clarify the concepts of entrepreneurship and its importance in the economic field. It also aimed to shed light on the global index of entrepreneurship. In order to answer the problem of our study, we used the analytical approach that seeks to describe and determine the size of the problem under study. The extrapolatory approach was also used by reviewing the aspects of entrepreneurship, as we relied on references, books, and previous studies in the theoretical aspect, while the practical side relied on the global entrepreneurship index by presenting its data and analyzing its results in Algeria. The results obtained from the analysis of this indicator proved that Algeria's position is in constant decline despite all the measures taken, and this calls for a reconsideration of radical reforms that can push entrepreneurship in Algeria to the best, especially as it relates to the most important development indicators
