Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور صيغ التمويل الإسلامية كإحدى أهم إستراتيجية لتعزيز الشمول المالي باستهداف الوصول لجميع فئات المجتمع واستخدام الخدمات المالية المصرفية. بالنسبة للجانب النظري تطرقنا في دراستنا إلى التعرف على التمويل الإسلامي كوذا التعرف على الشمول المالي واهم أبعاده ومؤشراته حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج التحليلي لمعرفة دور صيغ التمويل الإسلامية في تعزيز الشمول المالي ثم تطرقنا بعد ذلك إلى الجانب التطبيقي بدراسة ميدانية في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بغرداية إذ استخلصنا مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها ضعف التثقيف المالي واستعمال التكنولوجيا الحديثة تطبيق أبعاد ومؤشرات الشمول المالي في البنك حيث تعد صيغ التمويل الإسلامية من اهم الآليات لإيجاد حلول لتسهيل واستخدام و توصيل المنتجات المالية و الخدمات المالية لجميع فئات المجتمع خصوصا المقصاة منها. The study aims to identify the role of Islamic finance formats as a major strategy to strengthen financial incidence to target access to all groups of society and the use of banking financial services. For theoretical side, we have gained our study to recognize Islamic finance as well as identifying the financial inclusion and the most important of its dimensions and indicators, where we adopted our study on the analytical approach to the role of the Islamic financing formulas in strengthening the financial incident and then reiterated the applied side by studying the field in the Bank of Agricultural and Rural Development, we have given the group of results that is highly deduated by the frequency of financial education and the use of modern technology.
