Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تحليل التعادل في تحديد الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشاريع الإستثمارية، تم إسقاطها على مشروع مؤسسة ممولة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية فرع غرداية، حيث تَمثَّل نشاطها في الصناعة الغذائية للمخبوزات، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وبالاعتماد على معطيات الوكالة، قمنا بتقييم المشروع الاستثماري استنادا إلى بعض معايير اختيار الاستثمارات وتحليل التعادل على مدى سبع سنوات. خلصنا إلى أن المشروع يحقق مبيعات أعلى من نقطة التعادل خلال فترة الدراسة، وخلصنا أيضا إلى أن تحليل التعادل يؤثر على دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية واختيار المشروع الاستثماري الأنسب، من خلال ارتباطه بمعايير اختيار الاستثمارات، وبالتالي فهو يساعد في ترشيد القرارات الاستثمارية. This study aimed to highlight the role of parity analysis in determining the economic feasibility of investment projects, It was projected on a project funded by the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, Ghardaia branch. where its activity in the food industry for baked goods. By using the descriptive and analytical approach and relying on the data of the agency, We evaluated the investment project based on some criteria for selecting investments and break-even analysis over seven years. We concluded that the project achieves sales higher than the break-even point during the study period. We also concluded that the break-even analysis affects the economic feasibility study and the selection of the most appropriate investment project, through its association with investment selection criteria, and thus helps in rationalizing investment decisions
