تطبيق منهجية تحسين الأداء الياباني – كايزن – في الشركة الإنتاجية دراسة حالة : شركة ملبنة ملكينة بالقرارة – غرداية

Abstract

ىدفت الدراسة إلذ معرفة دور تطبيق منهجية برستُ الأداء الياباني ػ كايزف ػ في اؿشركة الإنتاجية ملبنة ملكينة لإنتاج ابغليب و مشتقاتو ؿبرستُ العملية الإنتاجية و ابؼتمثل في دراسة ضياع ابؼواد الأولية أثناء العملية الإنتاجية ، وتم الاعتماد على ابؼنهج الوصفي بعمع البيانات من اؿشركة بؿل الدراسة ، حيث اعتمد نا في دراستنا بغالة شركة ملبنة ملكينة عن طريق مقابلة 14 عاملب و ملبحظة بعض العمليات من بـتلف ابؼستويات التنظيمية ، كل ذلك تم تسجيلو في 03 جداوؿ كل جدوؿ متعلق بدرحلة معينة "ابعداوؿ متواجدة في ابؼلحق "، ليتم دبؾها في الأختَ في جدوؿ واحد ، تم برليل ىذه البيانات باستخدا بـطط باريتو و بـطط "إيشيكاوة" ، وخلصت الدراسة إلذ بؾموعة من النتائج أبنها: أنو يوجد 12 حالة ضياع للمادة الأولية ولكن بنسب متفاوتة ، وأنو توجد أربعة 04 حالات من بؾموع 12 حالة من حالات الضياع للمادة الأولية وابؼؤثرة كثتَ ا في الفقد وتصل إلذ 82 % من المجموع الكلي للضياع . و أف بشانية 08 حالات من بؾموع 12 حالة حالات ضياع ابؼادة الأولية و القليلة التأثتَ على ضيعىا للمواد الأولية و تصل إلذ 18 % فقط من المجموع الكلي للضياع The study aimed to find out the role of applying the Japanes performance improvement methodology - Kaizen - the productive enterprise, a dairy farm for the production of milk and its derivatives, to improve the production process, which is to study the loss of raw materials during the production process.
