مساهمة الولاية في تجسيد حقوق المواطن في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

تم التركيزفي دراسة هذاالموضوع، وفقا للقانون 12-07 المتعلق بالولاية، على تبيان مساهمة الولاية في تجسيد حقوق المواطن في التشريع الجزائري، حيث تمت الإجابة على إشكالية: "كيف تساهم الولاية في تجسيد حقوق المواطن في التشريع الجزائري؟". وقد تم تقسيم الموضوع إلى فصلين؛ حيث تناول الفصل الأول مفهوم الولاية والمواطن، بينما تركز الفصل الثاني على دور الولاية في تجسيد حقوق المواطن. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستندة إلى مختلف النصوص القانونية، وتم التوصل إلى أن الولاية لها مساهمة فعالة في تجسيد حقوق الموطن سواءا بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة. the study case topic and according to the law 07-12 concerning the city executives elected, there has been a major focus of highlighting the contribution of the city executives in applying the rights of the citizens in the Algerian law. In which we brought up the following problematic “How did the city executives contribute in applying the citizens rights in the Algerian law?." And there the topic was divided into two sections, where the first chapter was about the concept of the city and the citizens, whereas the second was about the role of the city officials on applying the citizens rights. The study case was based on the analytical, descriptive method attached to different legal texts and that in the end concludes that the city decision makers have made practical contributions to the citizens right in a direct and indirect way.
