دور الأفكار الإبداعية في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة للأنابيب alfa pipe غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التفكير الإبداعي وتأثير السمات الشلصية المبدعة والمتمثلة في )المرونة، الأصالة، الإحساس بالمشكلات( على مستوى نظام العمل الداخلي في عينة من مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب بولَية غرداية وقد قمنا بتوزيع 316 استبيان على أفراد عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في المدراء ومساعديهم و رؤساء الأقسام وتم استعادة 331 استبانة تبين أن جميعها صالح للتحليل. كما إعتمدنا على البرنامج الإحصائي ) spss ( لمعالجة البيانات بإستلدام النسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية، الَنحرافات المعيارية، تُليل التباين الأحادي، الإنحدار البسيط وبعد إجراء التحليل الوصفي للدراسة واختبار الفرضيات توصلا إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها: وجود أثر هام ذو دلَلة إحصائية لأبعاد سمات الشلصية المبدعة )الأصالة، المرونة، الإحساس بالمشكلات( في نظام - .) العمل الداخلي حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام ) 11033 ( وإنحراف معياري قدره ) 61800 كانت تطورات المبحوثين لمستوى الأداء الوظيفي بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ ) 11030 ( وانحراف معياري - .) مقداره ) 6180 This study aims to recognize the relationship between creative thinking and the impact of creative personality traits (flexibility, authenticity and sensitivity to problems) at the internal work system level in a sample of a pipe industry company in the State of Gardia. We distributed 130 questionnaires to a sample of study members from managers, assistants and department heads. 113 questionnaires were recovered, all of which were found to be relevant to the analysis. We have also relied on the statistical program (spss) to process data using percentages, averages of calculation, standard deviations, individual variability analysis, simple regression and after the study's descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing reached a number of results, the most important of which were : - An important statistically significant effect of the dimensions of creative personality traits (authenticity, flexibility and sensitivity to problems) in the internal work system, with an average calculation of 3 619 and a standard deviation of 0,866 . - The researchers' average progress in functional performance was 3,616 and standard deviation was 0.855
