تحليل الأداء التشغيلي بإستخدام جدول التدفقات النقدية دراسة حالة مؤسسة سوناطراك المديرية الجهوية السطح - إليزي للفترة 2017-2021

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع تحليل الأداء التشغيلي باستخدام جدول التدفقات النقدية ، وكانت الدراسة الميدانية للموضوع في المؤسسة الوطنية سوناطراك للمديرية الجهوية السطح لولاية إليزي، حيث تم استخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات أهمها معامل الصافي التدفق النقدي التشغيلي ومعامل القدرة على التمويل الذاتي وكذا النسب المالية المتعلقة بتقييم جودة الأرباح، وذلك من أجل تحليل الأداء التشغيلي لهذه المؤسسة من خلال جداول التدفقات النقدية للفترة من 2017 إلى 2021 . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة كانت جيدة خلال ثلاث سنوات الأولى وسيئة خلال سنتين الأخيرة التي تأثرت سلباً بسبب عدم وجود كفاية في التدفق النقدي التشغيلي ويرجح ذلك بسبب جائحة فيروس كورونا الذي مسَّ نشاط التشغيلي للمؤسسة This study aims to address the subject of operational performance analysis using the cash flow table, and the field study of the subject was at the Sonatrach National Corporation of the Illizi regional surface Directorate, where a set of indicators were used, the most important of which are the net operating cash flow coefficient and the coefficient of self-financing capacity, as well as financial ratios related to assessing the quality of profits, in order to analyze the operating performance of this institution through the cash flow tables for the period from 2017 to 2021 . The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the financial position of the institution was good during the first three years and bad during the last two years, which was negatively affected due to the lack of adequacy in the operating cash flow, most likely due to the corona virus pandemic, which affected the operational activity of the institution
