التكوين أثناء الخدمة و دوره في تحسين أداء

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التكوين أثناء الخدمة ودوره في تحسين أداء الموظفين دراسة حالة لموظفي بلدية بريان، حيث حاولت تسليط الضوء على أثر التكوين، في جانبه النظري و التطبيقي مستخدمين الأدوات المنهجية للدراسة و معالجة النتائج. وتوصلنا إلى أن للتكوين أثناء الخدمة دور فعال في تحسين أداء الموظفين،فهو يساهم في زيادة مهارتهم و إزالة جوانب الضعف و القصور في الأداء و يساعد على تحسين الإنضباط و السلوك بدرجة كبيرة إذ يمثل الركيزة الأساسية في تطوير و ترشيد أداء الموظفين و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الإقتراحات و التوصيات. و في الأخير كخاتمة للدراسة و على أساس النتائج المتوصل إليها أثبتت الدراسة العلاقة بين التكوين وتحسين أداء الموظفين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

Tical side and the practical side ,exploring the metho dological ways of the studay and examining the results . We showed that formation of the employers during their duty has given good results,and enabled them to better prfoun , the formation helps employers improve their skills , it removes their weaknesses and bad performance , it good behaviour while in service , in addition to build good social relationships our studay proved that formation is a main process in developing and well guiding the employers's performance which is presented through some suggestions and recommendations At the end ,as a conclusion to this study based on the results which we reached :there is a strong relation between the formation of the employers in service and their good performance inside their milieu of work (institution) as mentioned before the (case studay)
