البراعة التنظيمية ودورها في تحقيق النجاح الإستراتيجي دراسة حالة لعينة من عمال الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغازسونلغاز في ولاية غرداية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى دراسة علاقة وأثر البراعة التنظيمية والنجاح الاستراتيجي في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز وسط ولاية غرداية. وقد عالجت اشكالية الدراسة علاقة الإرتباط والأثر بين البراعة التنظيمية في تحقيق النجاح الإستراتيجي، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرات الدراسة من وجهة نظر المستجبين. أجريت الدراسة على عينة من إطارات وموظفي مديرية التوزيع SONALGAZ بولاية غرداية، والبالغ عددهم 51 فردا من خلال توزيع الاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية ومن خلال برنامج spss الإصدار 26 وإجراء مقابلات مع ثلاثة مدراء تنفيذين في الشركة للإجابة على بعض الاسئلة حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: The study aimed to study the relationship and impact of organizational ambidexterity and strategic success in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the center of Ghardaïa Province. The problem of the study dealt with the extent of the relationship and the impact of organizational ambidexterity on achieving strategic success, where the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were used by studying the relationship between the variables of the study from the point of view of the respondents, The study was conducted on a sample of heads and workers of the SONALGAZ Distribution Directorate in Ghardaïa Province Which amounted to 51 individuals through distributing the questionnaire and its statistical processing through the spss program version 26 and interviewing three executives in the institution to answer some questions, as the study reached many results, the most important of which are: - The study sample considered that the level of exploitation in the company is high, due to the ability of Sonelgaz to improve its commercial activities in order to generate value in the short period. - According to the respondents' opinions, there is a high level of exploration in the company under study, and this is the result of research and development in order to improve its services and its important role in exploring new activities in order to achieve its goals and excel in the long term. - There is a positive effect between the organizational ambidexterity represented in its dimensions (exploitation, exploration, organizational structure) and the strategic success in Sonelgaz. - اعتبر أفراد عينة الدراسة أن مستوى الاستغلال في الشركة مرتفع ويرجع ذلك إلى قدرة شركة سونلغاز على تحسين أنشطتها التجارية من أجل توليد قيمة في الفترة القصيرة . - حسب اراء المبحوثين هناك مستوى عالي من الاستكشاف في الشركة قيد الدراسة وهذا نتيجة البحث والتطوير من أجل تحسين خدماتها ودورها المهم في استكشاف أنشطة جديدة من أجل تحقيق أهدافها وتفوقها على مدى الطويل . - هناك تأثير ايجابي بين البراعة التنظيمية متمثلة في أبعادها (الاستغلال، الاستكشاف، الهيكل التنظيمي) والنجاح الاستراتيجي في شركة سونلغاز
