انعكاسات أزمة كورونا على أداء العاملين في المؤسسا ت الاقتصادية دراسة حالة: "الصندوق الوطني للعمال غير الأجراء "وكالة غرداية"

Abstract

الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على عينة من العاملين بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء "وكالة غرداية" ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والوصول الى النتائج الموجودة، تم تصميم استبيان الكتروني موجه الى العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، تم بلوغ عدد العينة 40 عامل، والتي تم تحليلها من خلال اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل البيانات ا وختبار الفرضيات ،باستخدام البرامج الاحصائية) SPSS,Excle (، أشارت النتائج الى توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين أزمة العلاقات في مكان العمل واداء العاملين في ظل الجائحة،توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الازمة النفسية في التأثير على اداء العاملين في ظل الجائحة، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الازمة الصحية واداء العاملين في ظل جائحة كرونا This study aimed to find out the extent of the repercussions of the Corona crisis on the performance of workers in institutions, through a field study conducted on a sample of workers in the Social Security Fund for non-employees "Ghardaia Agency". To achieve the objectives of the study and reach the existing results, a targeted electronic questionnaire was designed To the workers in the institution under study, the number of the sample was 40 workers, which were analyzed by adopting the descriptive method to describe and analyze the data and test the hypotheses, using the statistical programs SPSS Excle The results indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between the crisis of relationships in the workplace and the performance of workers in light of the pandemic. There is a statistically significant relationship between the psychological crisis in affecting the performance of workers in light of the pandemic. There is a statistically significant relationship between the health crisis and the performance of workers in light of the pandemic corona.
