Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة واقع ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في رفع كفاءة المؤسسة وتمت الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة تاونزة العلمية بغرداية وتم التطرق الى عمليات إدارة المعرفة وأسباب ظهورها بالإضافة الى متطلبات تطبيقها وكذا الكفاءة التنظيمية حيث تعتبر أحد المعايير الرئيسية لقياس كفاءة المؤسسة وقد اعتمدنا في هذ الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي باستخدام أداة الدراسة )الاستبيان( بشكل الكتروني بالإضافة الى المقابلة، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 06 موظفا و قد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها : ان هناك مستوى مرتفع من ممارسة إدارة المؤسسة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة والمتمثلة في اكتساب المعرفة وتوليدها، تخزين المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، تكنولوجيا إدارة المعرفة بالإضافة الى وجود علاقة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة )اكتساب المعرفة وتوليدها، تخزين المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، تكنولوجيا إدارة المعرفة( في رفع الكفاءة التنظيمية لمؤسسة تاونزة العلمية ، كوذلك بينت نتائج الدراسة انه لا توجد فروق في إجابات عينة الدراسة حول الكفاءة التنظيمية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية )العمر، المؤهل العلمي، المستوى الوظيفي، الخبرة المهنية( لدى موظفي مؤسسة تاونزة العلمية. The study aims to know the reality of the practice of knowledge management operations and its role in raising the efficiency of the institution. The study was carried out at the level of the Tawenza Scientific School In Ghardaia. Knowledge management operations, and the reasons for their emergence were addressed, in addition to the requirements for their application, as well as organizational efficiency, as it is considered one of the main criteria for measuring the efficiency of the institution. We have adopted in this study The descriptive approach and the analytical approach using the study tool (questionnaire) electronically in addition to the interview, Where the sample studied was 60 employees, and the study reached the most important results: There is a high level of practice of the management of the institution under study for knowledge management processes represented in knowledge acquisition and generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge management technology, in addition to a relationship to knowledge management operations, (knowledge acquisition and generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, The application of knowledge, knowledge management technology) in raising the organizational efficiency of the Tawenza Scientific School IV . Also, the results of the study showed that there were no differences in the answers of the study sample about the organizational competence due to the personal variables (age, educational qualification, job level, professional experience) among the employees of the Tawenza Scientific School.
