This work aims to study the biodiversity of microscopic fungi living in the soils from the exploitation of the university of Ghardaïa (Algerian Sahara), where we have taken soil samples from four substations in the station. This work reveals from the physico- chemical characterization of the soil which have shown that it is a soil with an alkaline pH from 7.8 to 8.5, an electrical conductivity of 1.1 to 10.8 ms/cm (is a saline soil), with a high rate of humidity ranging from 60.9 to 74.3 %, low organic matter from 0.35 to 0.74%. On the other hand, microbiological analysis has shown the presence of a mycoflora microscopic living in the soil. The isolation of the fungi on the PDA medium by the suspension-dilution method made it possible to obtain 11 fungal species in the soils studied.EN_en
