To characterize the bacteria responsible of these infection, we used API 20E system and we studied also the antibiotic susceptibility of isolated bacteria. The obtained results showed that the most dominant bacterial type is in these kind of infections is Escherichia coli, followed by Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
