Abstract: Endospheric bacteria encompasses rhizobacteria which play a very important role in improving and promoting plant growth and among these bacteria, there is what are known as Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR). The objective of this work is the isolation and identification of endophytic bacteria that have been colonized from the roots of Phragmites communis. They underwent morphological, physiological, biochemical and PGP cleanliness characterization involved in biofertilizer, biocontrol and phytostimulation processors. It is shown that the 26 isolates tested have different activities of agricultural interest (AIA, solubilization of tricalcium phosphate, nitrogen fixation, Solubilization of potassium, formation of biofilm, pectinase, cellulase, amylase, ACC deaminase, HCN, NH3 and degradation aluminum).
