Like many other scholars of the well-known Islamic doctrines, Ibadi scholars have contributed to jurisprudential and doctrinal production since the early centuries, however a large part of this heritage is still confined in library vaults, despite considerable efforts from some scholars to revive this heritage again in well studied and investigated manner. From this essential raison comes this study, to try to uncover a part of the Ibadi jurisprudential and fundamental production during the fifth century. In addition, to pinpoint its position within the heritage of Islamic civilization, through Abu Abbas Ahmed Ben Mohammed ben Beker al-Farsati (1111 AD / 504 h), by studying his jurisprudential approach and highlight his contributions in the scientific Ibadi production, as well as his influence on the Ibadi school. This study was entitled The jurisprudential approach of Abu Abbas Ahmad al-Farsati (Died: 504 Ah-1111 AD) The study dealt with a brief bibliography of Abu Al-Abbas, his works and their characteristics in style and method, as well as the attempt to reveal his inference approach in general, and to explain his approach in devising and employing fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules, as well as to highlight his concern for the Islamic purposes of jurisprudence.EN_en
