Abstract: This study aims to identify organizational communication in the municipality of Bounoura ,and in particular to identify its role in promoting organizational culture within the municipality . The main question of the study was ''what is the role of Organizational communication in promoting organization cultural values in the municipality of Bounoura'' and the filed of study is the municipality of Bounoura the state of Ghardaia. In this subject ,we relied on written literature about it ,in addition to field data and then we spend it through data collection techniques represented in the interview, observation and form,and we relied on the descriptive approach and a case study approach, the study community consists of all workers and employees of the municipality of Bounoura. Where ther number Was 109 - The questionnaire form included the following: *The first axis ,includes the personal data of the respondents, the second axis answer the prevailing communication in the municipality types, the third axis answers the source of organization culture in the municipality of Bounoura and the values embodied in t he municipality and way to preserve Organizational culture . :-Themostimportantresultsobtainedare -themunicipalityofBounourahas a goodorganizationalcommunication -themunicipalityofBounourahas a strongandcoherentorganization Culture. - theprenailingorganisationalcommunicationinthemunicipalityof Bounoura and several roles in promoting organizational culture.
