dc.description.abstract | Islamic jurisprudence has concerned the human being and his life in various fields, especially his international social relations, by bringing interests and achieving overwhelming happiness in this world and the hereafter. We have dealt with in this regard from the research a great part of the Muslim’s relationship with his Muslim brother or others, with regard to international treaties and their conclusion by the President of the Republic as a representative of the nation, so that he enjoys great and wide hegemony in this field, except in some cases delegated to other bodies . Based on this, we dealt with the parts of this research by defining international treaties linguistically and idiomatically, and indicating their types, the methods of their conclusion and their cancellation, in a comparative study. In Islamic jurisprudence, the people of the solution and the contract are concerned with this matter, and in constitutional law, censorship is the last by the powers of the Constitutional Council and Parliamen | EN_en |
