dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries of health services, a case study of the specialized hospital, Ghadi Bakir Ghardaia, and the role of the dimensions of health services (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, trust, empathy) in achieving the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the services. To address this, the researcher prepared an electronic questionnaire, to be distributed to the study sample after selecting it randomly from the general beneficiaries of the health services of the institution under study, and the study concluded: In the hospital under study, there is a medium-level quality of health services. Also, there is a moderate degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries about it, and the study showed the role of the dimensions of the quality of health services in achieving the satisfaction of the beneficiaries by studying the impact relationship between them. The study also recommended the continuous preparation of hospitals with the required devices and equipment, the provision of qualified medical and nursing staff to increase the level of confidence and safety, and the continuous evaluation of the level of quality of health servicesEN_en
