Abstract: The aim of this study is to know the role of public relations in achieving better job satisfaction for employees in Algeria Post Ghardaia, and to know the factors influencing the achievement of that satisfaction, then to identify the methods adopted to achieve and influence it. The study was based on the descriptive and analytical approach, the study was conducted on the workers of Algeria Post office unit Guerrara - Ghardaia, whose number is 19 workers, the observation tool was used during the first survey process and the questionnaire was distributed to the workers, from which fifteen forms were answered. The most important results of this study were: *Public relations have an important role in raising and maintaining the level of familiarity between employees. *Public relations contribute to the organization of cooperative projects and joint celebrations in the institution. *One of the most important factors that affect the level of job satisfaction of employees in the organization is the nature of the relationship between the employees themselves، and good pay. *One of the most important methods that public relations rely on in activating job satisfaction is the distribution of working hours fairly and the distribution of tasks according to scientific qualification and incentives. *Public relations proposals in the institution are not taken into account.
