الإلتزام البيئي لدى المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة - دراسة إستطلاعية لعينة من المؤسسات الناشطة بولاية غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تبني الإلتزام البيئي لدى مسؤولي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية غرداية وذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التى قمنا بها على عينة شملت 46 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة ناشطة على مستوى بلديات ولاية غرداية، حيث إعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على أداة الإستبيان وتم تحليلها بإستخدام ال بنام الإحصايي SPSS V 26 بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من المقابلات التي أجريناها مع مسؤولي بعض المؤسسات و كذا مع أحد إطارات مديرية البيئة بالولاية وذلك بغرض إضفاء مصداقية أكب على نتاي الدّراسة، ومن أهم النتاي التى توصلت إليها دراستنا أن : هنالك تفاوت في إلتزام المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية غرداية بالجانب البيئي يتراوح من ضعيف إلى متوسط، هناك علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصايية بين محددات الإلتزام البيئي ودم البعد البيئي في أنشطة المؤسسةThis study aims to know the extent of adopting environmental commitment at the officials of small and medium enterprises in the state of Ghardaia and that is through the field study that we have done on a sample that included 46 small and medium active enterprises at the level of the municipalities of Ghardaia. Where we depend on the questionnaire tool in data collection which was analyzed using the statistical program to SPSS V 26. In addition to a number of interviews we conducted it with officials of some institutions as well as with one of the tires of the State Environment Directorate .This is in order to give more credibility to the study results. One of the most important results that our study finds out that : There is a variation in commitment to the environmental aspect on the part of small and medium enterprises in the state of Ghardaia; it ranges from weak to moderate. There is a statistically significant correlation between the determinants of environmental commitment and the integration of the environmental dimension in the activities of the institution.
