dc.description.abstract | The current study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between creative thinking and psychological compatibility among the interns of vocational training centers in The city of Metlili - Ghardaia State - the study was conducted on a range of disciplines and the sample of the study consisted of 60 stalkers and stalkers, we relied in our study on the descriptive approach and used the measure of creative thinking of Ezzedine Stuh (2018) and the psychological compatibility measure of Zenb Mahmoud Shaqir (2003), and the results reached: There is a relationship between creative thinking and psychological compatibility in the training, there are statistically significant differences in psychological compatibility attributable to the sex change, the absence of statistically significant differences in creative thinking due to the sex change, the absence of statistically significant differences in creative thinking and psychological compatibility due to the variable specialization and type of composition. | EN_en |
