One of the basics of political authority when the state is established is the existence of the principle of complete sovereignty, so that this authority can do everything necessary in order to preserve the security of the state and preserve it from all dangers, even if this requires closing the air and sea space. When we compare this principle between Islamic jurisprudence and international jurisprudence, we found that Islamic jurisprudence makes this principle an aura of holiness and controls it according to the provisions of Islam, and therefore this principle cannot be derogated from or prejudiced, while in international jurisprudence the rapid developments, globalization, multinational companies and other matters , made the principle of sovereignty shrink and perhaps it will disappear in the futur dayEN_en
