dc.description.abstractDefamation is defined linguistically, idiomatically, and legally, and it shows the types of defamation, including defamation, which is considered a felony, but we touched upon it as a punishment as in the marginal and punitive crimes. Defamation has been prohibited by Islam, such as defaming a person with others, whether this person is an ordinary person, a ruler, or one of those with organizations. It's about the culprit. With an explanation of the meaning and concept of punishment, with the conclusion of this research with realistic applications, from which we derive provisions and benefits, and conclude with a conclusion in which we reached the most important results and recommendations related to the topic of research.EN_en
