dc.description.abstractThis study aims to present the reality of the exercise of E-commerce in Algeria, through the infrastructure indicators of E-commerce until 2017, and visibility of efforts of Algeria to develop the technology sector information and communication, including the encouragement of e- commerce transactions. We found that Algeria aims to update and publish communication networks in the country, and move towards a digital economy, and the modernization, of ICT infrastructure, the sector of information and communication technologies it has experienced in the last years a remarkable progress, on the other hand a legislative system framing the E-commerce was conceived by promulgating the law 18-05, but these progress did not allow the concrete launching of the E-commerce, especially in the share of E-payment services by mobil phone, we see the need to develop E-payment systems to do banking to complete electronic transactions in a short time and safely by using electronic tools.EN_en
