dc.description.abstractCommunication has always been a goal for all societies and peoples, and this need comes in response to facilitating the living reality of social ties, commercial transactions and common interests, and the integration of this communication must have contents that pass through channels, which are the mainstay of the communication process, and through this research we focus on e-mail as a means of communication and its role in Communication effectiveness at the Algerian University through a field study of a sample of students and professors at the Ghardaia University. The study aimed to show the importance of e-mail as an effective tool of communication, to shed light on the foundations of effective communication, and to change the negative stereotype about modern means of communication and to be convinced of their necessity and status, also draw attention to the importance of e-mail messages in terms of legal and administrative mandatory. The study concluded that e-mail is effective in many aspects of ensuring the fast transition exchange through easy access to it at any time and anywhere and by use it in the scientific and administrative fields. the message.EN_en
