ALFAPIPEمدى فعالية إدارة المعرفة في تفعيل وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة

Abstract

تناولنـا مـن خـلال هـذه الدراسـة موضـوعا في غايـة الأهميـة بالنسـبة للمؤسسـات الاقتصـادية والـذي يتمثـل في مـدى فعاليـة إدارة المعرفـة فـي تفعيـل وظيفـة مراقبـة التسـيير فـي المؤسسـة الاقتصـادية، حيـث تم التطـرق لكـل جوانـب الموضوع بدءا بمراقبة التسيير وأهميتها في المؤسسة وكذلك تعرفنا علـى المفـاهيم المتعلقـة بـإدارة المعرفـة، وقـد ركـزت دراسـتنا علـى هـذين العنصـرين كمـدخل تتخـذه المؤسسـة لتحسـين الأداء و تحقيـق أهـدافها، وللتعـرف علـى أثـر إدارة المعرفـة علـى وظيفة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة في مؤسسة ALFAPIPE. وهـدفت هـذه الدراسـة إلى التعـرف علـى أهميـة مراقبـة التسـيير والهـدف مـن إدارة المعرفـة و أثـر إدارة المعرفـة علـى وظيفـة مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة. و اعتمدنا في دراستنا على الملاحظة و استبيان والذي تم تحليله عن طريق برنامج spss ،لاختبار الفرضـيات وكانـت نتائج الدراسة تؤكد أن هناك ارتباط موجب بين إدارة المعرفة و مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والاقترً احات من شأ أن تساعد مؤسسة ALFAPIPE في تحقيق أهدافها. We treat thugh this study an impoortant topic the economc institutons ;which representd in the effectivenes of knoledg the functionction of steering control in the economic institution ,wher it was addressd all the aspects of the subject starting with management control and its important in the institution as wellas we knaw the cousepts related to knowledge managemente and we focuced in aur study on these twoelements as aninput taken by the instition to emprore its perfarmance and achive its gools and to know the impact of knowledg management on the function of management control in the economic institituon ; we make a field study on a simple in ALFAPEP. The aim of this study is to identify the importance of mangement control and gool of knoledge managementon and the inpact of knoledge management on the function of managment control in the economic institution We based in awr stady on observation and analysis of the questuonner by SPSS program to examine the hypotheses. The reselts of this study emphasized that thereis a positive relation between knoleddge management and management control in the institution under study The study also found a set of recommendaiton and suggestions that can help the ALFAPIPE institution in achieveing its gools
