dc.description.abstractThis study aims to get to know the range of effect of websites in the deployment of e-tourism operations in the 2 given hotels: 1/ El-Djanoub Hotel in the Wilaya of Ghardaia and 2/ Lynatel Hotel in the Wilaya of Ouargla, through the use of modern means that play a role in internet, in informatics and communication technology. In order to get response, we made use of questionnaires as a tool to study the matter in such a way that the sample size reached 60 units. 70 questionnaires were distributed to the clients of the 2 hotels, wherewith 6 remained without response, whereas 4 were disqualified for lack of completion. 60 forms were used as a basis for analysis. The latter was carried out by the use of several statistical methods and tools. This study arrived at a whole set of conclusions. The most important of which are: the content of the site of the 2 hotels puts aside the services offered on the part of websites. The highest standards of excellence, having an impact on the services of e-tourism in the 2 hotels: El Djanoub in the Wilaya of Ghardaia and Lynatel in the Wilaya of Ouargla.
