dc.description.abstractThis study aims to highlight the status of the work group and its impact on communication within the institution of the forest governorate in Ghardaia, using the descriptive approach and the case study method to suit the problem posed in the following question: How is the impact of the work group on the communication process in the forest governorate of Ghardaia? To answer it, a questionnaire was distributed to an intentional sample of 60 employees from this governorate, to collect information and data, which resulted in a number of results after analysis and interpretation, summarized as follows: • The work group affects the communication process within the forest governorate in Ghardaia, which is positively reflected on the effectiveness of its job performance by enabling it to divide jobs and set goals. • The Governorate of Forests in Ghardaia applies the concept of the work group remarkably, as it is in constant contact in its relations with its employees, taking advantage of the competencies and experience of its employees to consolidate relations between employees and enhance their self-confidence in order to obtain good satisfactory results. • As well as achieving good organizational communication within the governorate, which contributes to helping it to survive and continue.EN_en
