تسيير العقار الصناعي وأثره على تشجيع الاستثمار في الجزائر ولاية غرداية نموذجا-

Abstract

استهدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة آليات تسيير العقار الصناعي على تشجيع الاستثمار بولاية غرداية، حيث تم التحليل بناء على الإحصائيات المجمعة من الهيئات المسيرة للعقار الصناعي بولاية غرداية للفترة من 2012 إلى 2018 ، مع اعتماد أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة تتكون من 33 موظفا في 06 هئيات إدارية، وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS V22 . تمثلت اهم نتائج الد ا رسة في أن كلا من كفاية العقار الصناعي و عملية المعالجة الإدارية لملفات طلبات الاستثمار وكذا التسهيلات المعتمدة في مجال تسيير العقار الصناعي تمارس تأثي ا ر إيجابيا على تشجيع الاستثمار بولاية غرداية، وأن إرساء نظام معلومات فعال لتسيير العقار الصناعي يعتبر أم ا ر ضروريا لتحقيق تسيير فعال للعقار الصناعي بما يواكب تطور الطلب الاستثماري ويعمل على تشجيعهThe objective of this study was to investigate the impact of industrial real estate management in promoting the investment in Ghardaia province. The analysis was based on the statistics collected from the agencies managing the industrial real estate Ghardaia from 2012 to 2018. The questionnaire method was used as a tool to collect the preliminary data from a sample containing 33 employees in 06 real industrial real estate Management agencies, and the data was analyzed using SPSS V22 software. The most important results of the study were that the adequacy of the industrial property and the process of administrative treatment of the application files of investment as well as the facilitations adopted within the field of management of industrial real estate had a positive impact on the promotion of investment in Ghardaia province, and that the establishment of an effective information system for the management of industrial real estate is necessary to achieve effective management of real estate Industrial development that goes in line with the development of investment demand and this will also tend to promote it.
