Abstract

تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف أكثر على أثر كفاءة نظم المعلومات المصرفية في اكتساب ميزة تنافسية في البنوك التجارية بالج ا زئر، حيث تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من البنوك التجارية العاملة بولاية غرداية و هي بنك ( حيث تم توزيع ( 40 ، BEA و البنك الخارجي الج ا زئري BNA البنك الوطني الج ا زئري ،BDL التنمية المحلية استبانة، و تم استرجاع ( 30 ) استبانة، و قد جرى تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الد ا رسة. و قد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها مايلي: إن الوكالات العاملة في الولاية تعمل على تطبيق نظم معلومات و تكنولوجيا متطورة لكن بمستويات مختلفة من بنك لآخر، في جميع الوحدات و الأقسام، كما تسعى نظم المعلومات المستخدمة إلى زيادة إي ا ردات البنك و خفض تكلفة الخدمة المصرفية من خلال تحسين الخدمة و استحداثهاThe aim of this study is to learn more about the impact of the efficiency of banking information systems in gaining competitive advantage in commercial banks in Algeria. The study sample consisted of commercial banks operating in the state of Ghardaïa, namely the BDL, the Algerian National Bank BNA and the BEA, Distribution of (40) questionnaires, and (30) were retrieved. The analytical descriptive approach was applied in this study. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are the following: The agencies operating in the state are implementing sophisticated information and technology systems but at different levels from one bank to another in all units and departments. The information systems used also aim to increase the bank's revenues .and reduce the cost of service Banking through improved service and development
