| dc.description.abstract | Allah legislated marriage and allowed it to build a unity from the greatest and the best institutions. It is called family institution, in which he put formulation for it in accurate and organized way. He presented all what make it valid and put solution to any problem or obstacle. So Islam cam to organize relationship batmen couple that consist rights, which means that a husband has rights from his wife and the same for a wife, and each one has state. However, husband has high level because he is considered as guider and responsible for family affairs till required aim is achieved that can be seen as stability, intimacy, and mercy nevertheless, sometimes there is disobedience between couple due to disagreement in opinions, that led to loose man his trusteeship upon woman, and woman disobeying to her husband. Therefore, Islam came to treat disobedience wife disobedience through beating to reconcile her and save family from dissociation. Thus, man has to use this right according condition and rules that were introduced by scientists, but if husband exceeds those limits, he deserves punishment. | EN_en |
