Abstract

The Maghreb was known for the emergence of the Maliki jurists who were credited with instilling the teachings of the Maliki school of thought among the common people through the book Al-Muwatta and introducing it, or through their head Sahnun Al-Tanoukhi, who has the responsibility to introduce the Sunni doctrine Those who demonstrated their efforts by establishing the oral state in the year 297 hijri, there were actual reactions from another party in the jurists rejecting the Fatimid existence and their doctrinal policy in violation of the Book and the Prophet’s Sunnah, from confronting them with argument and evidence and issuing fatwas that incite people to confront them and not engage in their bid, and the matter reached armed resistance and opponents. And the door of Yazid was opened after the persecution they had been subjected to, and they struck the most wonderful of them on the way. Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah, including Ibn al-Baradoun, Ibn Hudhail, Saeed ibn al-Haddad, Arrous muezzin, and many others. At the end of the conflict many of the fatimist in the begining avoid the places were the maliki jurists exist, then they went to elmahdia and obliged at the end to lock out the maghreb region to oriental region specially to egypt in 362 hijri. After that they let ziriin who were against fatimist later. Then they help the maliki jurists to spred and agitate people to fight shiism. A lot of massacres appeared where many of shiist died in it. Finally, the fatimist didn’t find any way just revenge and they sent to them EL HILALIEEN who destroy the area.
